Personal assistants may enter free of charge. Guide or assistance dogs are allowed in the museum.
 

Accessibility

The museum is fully accessible. Inner doors stand out clearly. 
 

Accessible entrance

There are four entrances to Kämp Galleria: on Aleksanterinkatu, Mikonkatu, Pohjoisesplanadi and Kluuvikatu. The doors are motion sensor operated and accessible. The K1 space may be accessed using the elevator by the Mikonkatu entrance. The space is located on the K1 floor.
 

Induction loop

There is no induction loop system available in the museum.
 

Language options

The exhibition texts are available in Finnish, Swedish and English.
 

Restrooms

An accessible toilet is located in the museum lobby. Unisex toilets are also available.
 

Child care facilities

The restrooms have been equipped to make child care easier for museum visitors. There is a baby changing station as well as a potty and a step stool for small children.
 

Resting areas

Chairs for resting are located next to the admissions desk. Portable chairs are also available to borrow and can be taken into the exhibition spaces.
 

Cloakroom

There are lockers that can be locked and used free of charge as well as an unattended cloakroom next to the museum elevator.
 

Elevator

The K1 space may be accessed using the elevator by the Mikonkatu entrance. The exhibition space is located on the K1 floor.

Accessibility

The doors leading to the exhibition space have not yet been motorized. Lobby staff can open doors on request. To exit the exhibition space, call 040 1922 300.

 

Accessible entrance

There is a ramp (inclination approx. 9 %) that leads to the main entrance with automatic doors. The set of doors on the far right can be operated with a push button. The exhibition space is located entirely on one floor.
